Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Port products, including obsoleted and phased-out Polyspede parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Powertip product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Port such as the 850B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OC176 manufactured by Polyspede and we are pleased to be able to service most Polyspede systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PG320240 by Manufacturer Powertip as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pro-face Brand LT3300S1D24K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powertek such as 751N4CH009 equipment made by Powertek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powertek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powertek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 60110 made by Polyscience as well as the popular L3520 original spares produced by Princo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP4401T by Pro-face and 751N4CH009 spares by Powertek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
